Hello Friends and Family,

Holy smokes, this week was full of all kinds of miracles. One of the greatest miracles this week was our that our investigator, András got baptized this week! I will never forget the first night we met him on the street and gave him an English flyer. Sister Nybo and I had been out streeting for a couple hours and were having no luck. We saw a man walk around the corner and we both felt very prompted to talk to him. We met with him, taught him about the gospel, and about two months later he decided to be baptized. It has been the most incredible journey with András. Zoli was also baptized the same day! He was taught by the elders and is such an amazing person! I’m so happy for them both! There is nothing more beautiful than to see the ones you love in white. It is an experience I will never forget.

Early one morning, Sister Wilson and I get a call from a random number. It was a man that had a received a Book of Mormon card and wanted to meet with us to talk about it. That morning we set up a time with him and had a great program. We ended up giving him a Book of Mormon and a few days later we get a text from him thanking us for this incredible book. He came to church this Sunday and loved it, also said he wants to get baptized!

We had another miracle this week as we were walking to the bus stop. We see a man staring at us while standing in a bar. He walks out and starts to follow us. We finally make it to the bus stop and he stops right next to us, then a few seconds later he asks if he can talk with us because he noticed our name badges. We start talking to him and he tells us how he has looked at many other churches and all he wants is to find the truth. In the past he has met with missionaries, they exchanged numbers but the missionaries never called him back. We had a great talk on the bus and gave him a Book of Mormon. He was so happy and thanked us for our kindness. We set up to meet with him this week and are excited to see what will happen. It was truly a miracle.

I know this church is true, and the gospel changes live everyday. There are people all around us who are longing to find the truth; we just need to be receptive to the spirit to find them. God will never leave us astray, he loves each of us and knows us perfectly. There may be people who are not quite ready to accept the gospel, but hopefully in time they will. As members of the church, we just need to live our lives so we will be great examples and show them the happiness the gospel brings into our lives. It may take months or years, but by small and simple things, great things are brought pass. Be the light of Christ this week. Do something nice and never forget that you have a loving, magnificent Heavenly Father who adores you. I love being a missionary. There is no better work. This week at zone conference, I heard an analogy that I loved. “Missionary work is like a rose field. As you begin to walk through the field (begin missionary work) you see all the beauty that the roses bring. But with all that beauty, it has thorns and there does come hardships and trails. Once you get to the end, you look back and see all the beauty, all the miracles and it is all worth it in the end.
